ESA APPRISE
Description: The ESA APPRISE Oncology Program is part of a Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) intended for healthcare providers (HCPs) treating patients with an ESA for their cancer.
An iPhone app has been developed called ESA APPRISE, designed to provide HCPs with easy way to store and access their ESA APPRISE Oncology Program enrollment number. Also included is a link to the ESA APPRISE Oncology Program website for easy access to program information and forms.

- Ability to access the ESA APPRISE Oncology Program website to train, enroll, print or email ESA APPRISE Oncology Program forms, and ESA prescribing information.

Heme Malignant Assistant

Description: Heme Malignant Assistant app is a utility app that includes interactive risk calculators, prognostic indices, diagnostic criteria such as FLIPI, FLIPI2, IPI, RIPI, Sokal and Hasford calculators and many more for hematologic malignancies such as Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas, chronic myeloid leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, multiple myeloma, and myelodysplastic syndromes. The app also contains CTCAE, Body surface area calculator, ECOG/Karnofsky performance status.
iChemoprotocols

Description: iChemoprotocols is an iPhone app with more than 200 chemotherapy regimens. The protocols are interactive. Select disease, stage and chemotherapy regimen; enter height, weight, and AUC, if necessary, and iChemoprotocol will calculate the dosage of the drugs for you. The protocols come complete with reference and link to the source. Annual subscriptions for updates are also available.
